Alright, 2 blog post at one night. Which proves how sick I am with my bookshelves already!
So much models done for this project you have noooooo idea! and yes I am using the word MUCH.

1:200 model, 1:50 models, 1:20 models, 1:100 model, 1:50 sectional model. it just twirls in its own world making us architecture students go right round right round.

Hello 2012!

So its not the end of the world yet :) 

Crazy how time flies and 2012 has sneaked in before we gather our thoughts to welcome this brand new year. Looking back it is bizarre that I haven't posted a single entry in the month of December. *gasp* Must be the crazy rushing-for-assignments/presentation/traveling etc? This is when photographs come in very handy. The invention of the camera is such a blessing for people like me who is a very forgetful person. Was clicking through lightroom (best-photo-editing-program-ever) and was shocked by how many pictures I've taken through the year- 35k pictures. Yes and I'm not even kidding. That amount does not include the pictures taken in Barcelona (coz they are stored in a different hard disc) So now let me do the math, 35k pictures + another 5k for Barcelona and London Christmas trip + a little of Paris = 40k pictures for the year 2011. 

40,000 pictures / 365 days a year = Average 110 pictures a day 

I am amazed myself. *applause*

I must admit the enthusiasm in blogging has been drained through time, maybe it's because I'm just becoming plain busy, or maybe Facebook has finally taken its toll. Okay maybe I'm just plain lazy but I don't think thats the case coz I'm a really busy person, busy with projects traveling hanging out with friends and now a part-time job darn I need 48 hours a day or evolve into a person who only needs 7 hours sleep a day, preferably less but still look as fresh as a daisy blah blah blah okay nevermind.

How to sleep on Virgin Trains.

lol! the title sure make sense and sound wrong at the same time!
But yeah, this is how I sleep while traveling on trains with my awesome Country Road bag as my pillow.
This pic is taken on Ryanair though, equally awesome.

The Secret:

We are blessed to have everyone of us keeping the 11 years bond knitted tightly til today.
Great memories were shared during the 5 years of JSPO days, and til today, we still make the effort to have days spent together to form memories that will last forever :)

Breakfast Everyday

Was sorting out photos from hard disc to transfer to my yummy-juicy-apple and I realized I have been traveling a lot for the past 2 years! Must have been bitten by the travel bug. Haven't been posting a proper travel post since last year Shanghai and Hong Kong trip. Barcelona, Bandung and Japan trip tailing behind.

I came to realize that it will be my final 2 months in Singapore. It's true when they say humans don't appreciate something until it's gone. Well at least it's not gone yet for me. My past weekends have been packed with activities and even my weekdays after work is no longer taken lightly. It is sad to accept the fact that I'll be leaving this place where I have grown academically and emotionally. Life goes on. Just keep everything in a positive note!

Back from Japan.

Plenty to share! 2011 have been great to me and tick tock, it's already almost mid of the year how time flies! Feeling lost in transition in time but things are falling into place bit by bit.

This trip turned out unexpectedly into a shopping-spree-trip.
Good stuff at a good price - IRRESISTABLE.

It has been a while!

Back from awesome Barcelona trip with office buddies.
Very blessed for the opportunity for the wonderful time.

Hong Kong Day 1 - Eat til you Explode Day.

1. DimSum for Brunch @ Stanley Market.
2. Hong Kong University.
3. The Peak.
4. 不倒翁-中日火煱料理 @ Time Square, Causeway Bay.
5. TongPakFu-for soft-creamy-ice-dessert, Causeway Bay. (For the creamiest franchise)

First-to-do-task, to get the Octo-transport-card after searching high and low.

Kaching $150 off the pocket and off for the 30 minutes ride to the city.

Grabbed as much travel guides as possible, nothing to lose! *kiasu-ness*

Finally reached the city and had to walk from HongKong station to Central Station before boarding another train to Sheung Wan. Another 15 minutes after all the walking.

And its $100 for the Airport express.

Gosh. The first indication of the pocket detrimental effect *kaching*

Finally reached! And with Joe's friend Liz waiting. Felt really sorry for making them wait!! *_*

Without further delay, off we go to Stanley Market! The Eastal coast of HongKong with great sea view, in the Porche. The glamness.

@ Murray House. Which building is from the hill, and now by the sea. How it was possible was that this building was previously located on a hill, and it was dismantled and labelled piece by piece and stored somewhere, until a few years back, it is rebuilt again, and this time by the sea. Is is cool or what!

"Among the more interesting restaurant sites on the waterfront is Murray House, a 160-year-old restored three-storey colonial building that was dismantled in 1982 from its original site in Central and then rebuilt in Stanley. It was restored in 1998 and now houses the Hong Kong Maritime Museum as well as restaurants.

Situated beside Murray House is Blake Pier at Stanley. Originally located in Central, Blake Pier was first dismantled in 1965 and later relocated to Morse Park to form the roof of the Morse Park pavilion. Now it has returned to its role as a public pier in Stanley, complementing the colonial architectural style of Murray House."

Time for Dimsum! And I think it's Shu Zhi Dim Sum?

Dim Sum for brunch! Utter yumness to fill our growling empty stomach.

XO Sauce Cheong Fun, savory instead the sweet ones we normally taste in Penang with the prawn paste. Okay I love them both :P

After food, we went for more walking and sight-seeing.

And within 30 minutes, hello food again!

With the speed of the fork you can see how excited we are to dig in despite our mouth still taste like dimsum.

After tea for tea, we hopped back into the car and with the Initial-D-Driving-Skill, we went through the steepest road in HongKong and landed safely off to the Peak *click*! Seriously, Liz's driving skill is really admirable. And I think I miss driving.. hmm..okay I take that back.

But really glad to get to taste the best ever creamy-soft-ice at Tong Pak Fu Dessert Restaurant, CausewayBay,

They have a few franchises in HongKong but according to the awesome locals, this particular outlet has the most CREAMY ice.

They are just so creamy, softy, and icy it melts your heart. *slaps*
